ServSafe Proctoring (Exam Services Only)

Certified ServSafe Proctor services for individuals and organizations requiring official exam administration. This service is limited strictly to proctoring and testing, ensuring professionalism, compliance, and a clear, streamlined certification process.

Menu Development & Operational Systems

Menu development and operational consulting for food businesses. Services focus on cost control, workflow, execution, food safety alignment, and system design that supports staff success and long-term viability—not trends or shortcuts.

Private Culinary Services (Boutique Events)

On-site private culinary services for intimate and meaningful occasions, including anniversaries, engagements, romantic dinners, bridal gatherings, holidays, funerals, and wakes. Each event is approached with discretion, respect, and thoughtful execution—focusing on nourishment, flow, and the moment being honored.

Personal Menu Consultation

Customized weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly menu planning for individuals and families. Services include breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus with step-by-step recipes and complete grocery lists. Designed to support nutrition, routine, dietary needs, time management, and household sustainability.

Food Photography & Commercial Media

Professional food photography and commercial media production offered in partnership with Dad in the Hat Media Productions, led by designer and producer Aaron Green. This collaborative service supports branding, marketing, and visual storytelling for food businesses and culinary professionals.
